Trick or treat

Lilly's first Halloween!  Lilly's great Aunt holds a Halloween party each year and Lilly, Leah and Andy went to show off her costume.  You can see how happy she is to go partying.

Lilly rolls over

A milestone was reached today as Lilly rolled over for the first time from her tummy to her back.  Leah was able to catch the action on her iPhone.  Her is the video of the momentous event.

Two month milestone

Lilly continues to grow and thrive. She is a strong and contented baby.  Leah and Andy just celebrated her 2 month anniversary and took these pictures with the appropriate sticker attached.  While the stickers seem goofy, they will be appreciated in the future when you look at old pictures of your kids and can't make heads or tails out of when they were taken.

Later this week, Lilly will be taking her first airplane trip as she and Leah are flying to Seattle to attend a shower for her Aunt Keri. 

Lilly gets baptized

October 14th was a big day for Lilly as this was her baptism.  Great-aunts Tor and Ann from Wisconsin attended as well as cousins Callie and Kendra.  Megan and Kevin, who were the Godparents, along with Keri and Elliott all made to the trip to be here for Lilly's big day.  The baptism was held at St. Dominic Savio church, which is the parish where Leah and Andy are members.

Here's Lilly in her baptismal gown. This gown was bought when Megan was baptized in 1976 and was used for all our kids.  Katie had to soak it in Oxi-clean to get the yellow out from all those years in storage.

These were taken during the ceremony.  Sorry Andy, you seem to be hiding behind the priest.  Lilly, who was getting hungry during the ceremony was able to tough it out and not fuss.  She is a real trooper.
